Awesome Team
What can I say that everyone does not already know. I am scheduled to move in this week, yes already, and I tell you the ... staff have been awesome in timing, customer service, cleanliness, informative, respectful, on point, and just awesome!!! The location is great, and so far, everyone here is just remarkable!!! I am glad I chose this complex because it did not disappoint me. Ms. Dee, Ms. Anna, and Ms. Kay and if I left anyone out, I know I have not met you yet and, Ms. Dee already know how to pick them! I am very excited you Guys!!! Continued. Ms D got the Nov water main changed out ASAP after a weekend leak. Dec brought freezing weather and a major slab ... leak or 2 or 3 that flooded out a number of apts. MS D got plumbers and loss mitigation teams out ASAP. At 1 point 3 slab leaks and exterior pipe were found to be leaking. Since buildings were built a while ago they were built under old plumbing codes. Ms D made sure that during all of this mess that a water main was installed for each building to mitigate future issues on such a big scale. Let me start off by saying unless you have a home built from the ground up there will be issues you come across living in ... an apartment complex. DON'T BLAME THE STAFF and don't be rude. They are doing their ABSOLUTE best to ensure quality living conditions. One staff member in particular is AMAZING. Mrs D goes above and beyond for every tenant. This is a huge complex and she handles it with such grace and her word is bond and willingness to work with tenants during these hard economic times is a valuable quality that every apt. office needs. I've lived here just short of a year and the grounds are well kept, maintenance,being short staffed, handles issues based on urgency as does anywhere else. Communication between myself and office staff is superior to others I've had to deal with. Don't knock it until you try it. Other reviews may portray a bad environment but what you have to remember is that you can't satisfy everyone. I am currently on my second lease here at the Warwick. Since moving in over a year ago, I have enjoyed the quick responses ... to urgent maintenance issues. Recently my AC went out. They had someone here the same day to fix it. The AC went out again the same night. They had someone here the next day to fix it again. They also followed up with me the following day to ensure it was still working. The only thing they seem slow on is fixing the pot holes. They are brutal!!! I have been staying at the Warwick during my 6 month travel contract at Integris Baptist. Let me start by saying that I had ... an absolutely horrific experience elsewhere, and Alicia and Dee took me under their little mama wings and helped me get into an apartment ASAP. OFFICE STAFF: Alicia and Dee were able to help me get into an apartment within a matter of days, and helped me with my move in as well. Both Alicia and Dee have stayed by my side throughout my stay and have always been willing to help with any questions or concerns. I'm always greeted with a hug and smile. Jeremiah started during my stay as well and has always helped me right away, finding any answers that I may need. MAINTENANCE: Maintenance staff are always around, friendly and open to conversation, even while they are working their buns off. I ran into J while looking around at the pools and he looked into one of the pools was closed, and had it opened up for me within 20 minutes. My AC went out overnight and Alicia sent DeAndre over to get it fixed first thing in the AM; DeAndre had it cooling off my apartment within an hour. Ran into Jay that afternoon and he gave me tips if goes out again and what to be looking out for over the next couple weeks. Turns out my AC wanted to go caput, but Dee and Joe came the rescue again, within 20 minutes on a Friday night after 5pm. NEIGHBORS/NOISE: Occasionally, I will hear cars pulling through the complex, but mostly during the day. At night, everyone seems incredibly respectful of one another. No loud music blaring from cars after probably 9pm, and even still, that never lasts long anyway. Have found the noise level to be very considerate. Neighbors are friendly and have always looked out for me and one another. SAFETY: Not once have I felt unsafe in the complex. Feels like everyone is looking out for one another. I love that there is a good mix of resident, some who seem to be very long term (years and years) and some more short term. Best experience!!! I have lived at the Warwick Apts for many years now. We renewed our lease several times. Office management and leasing agents ... are helpful and usually busy due to the popularity of location and service. Maintenance is always great especially Jay! Jay should be a property manager and I expect him to be soon. He is incredibly helpful and follows up personally with tenants to make sure the problem didn't reoccur. How much better can you get than that?! The property grounds keeper is kind, hardworking, and friendly. He does a great job making sure it is clean regardless if someone was lazy. The office managers LaToya and Ms D have really advocated for major improvements with grounds, employees, and really greatly improved from previous management years ago. They are amazing women to know. The leasing agents are fabulous too. My apartment itself has not had a pest problem that wasn't addressed timely. If I saw anything even naturally the office sends them to spray upon request. They are proactive in letting you know days or a week at times prior about inspections or treatments. Tbe floor plans have amazing storage. They are older but the 2H plan has been amazing. Our storage areas were plentiful so it was never needed under the stair case. The pools have been maintained and the office lets you know when the are open or closed. They have redone the dog park which is an amazing feature. I have not seen a group of dogs together most of us use it individually and stagger due to schedules being different. There is plenty of space to walk a dog and smells according to mine. Its a hound dogs dream. The apartments are usually safe enough to leave your door unlocked in the day. Packages don't get stolen even without the office accepting them. The complex is large and parking is usually not an issue due to staff requesting abandoned cars towed. If you look at other apts nothing compare to the price size and value. I've lived here at the Warwick for a year and a half now and I've loved it. My neighbors are super quiet, I feel safe here, ... and I have never had any issue with bugs or getting things fixed by maintenance. I do want to call out Andy specifically! I work from home, so I am here all the time. The times that I do get out of the house, I see Andy EVERY TIME. He's either putting the rocks back into their area, picking up trash, or even picking up other people's dog poop! I appreciate him so much and I am thankful he works for this property! I just wanted to take some time to give kudos to the helpful assistant property manager onsite. I've been a resident since ... 2014 and it's had ups and downs as with any rental property. Changing management hands has never been easy, and when the staff changes in the office it can be devastating for me. I'm quiet and prefer not to have to deal with many issues. I'm happy with the switch to online service tickets for maintenance issues now that they seem to truly get worked. But the big thing I wanted to mention was Collen and how helpful she has been. I am now living without a roommate so bills have been getting harder to deal with. I wanted to stay within the same location but have a smaller place with less expensive rent. Collen helped me find a great apartment within the complex that met my needs and was $100 less than what I was paying, plus she answered all of my many questions. She has always been positive when I talk to her and always does her best to meet my needs.
